REKORTAN®
Rekortan® is the world’s premier running track surface. It offers the best combination of safety, performance and durability. It is comfortable for rigorous daily training yet fast enough to yield World records.
Athletes prefer Rekortan® – The balance between the speed-producing energy return and shock-absorption is unique in all the world. That is why Michael Johnson, enjoyed training on it.
High quality - Rekortan®’s unique installation creates a smooth, seamless finish.
Durability -EPDM granules provide maximum UV protection and super spike resistance.
A safe environmental choice - the system does not employ mercury, a potentially hazardous substance that is used by other manufacturers to lower their costs. Be leery of anyone who uses the verbiage “no leachablemercury”. Read this as “It has mercury in it.”
Safe - Of the three high-end options on the market, Rekortan® offers the best footing in wet conditions. Encapsulated full-pour systems tend to be slick when they are wet.

SPURTAN® SURFACES
A great polyurethane-based, base mat/structural spray track system that offers outstanding all-weather durability and performance. Exceptional shock absorption, which allows for safe long-term training.
One thin seal layer consisting of Qualipur 5050 and EPDM powdered rubber.
Avg. 3mm of structural spray on top (Done in two different spray applications).
Highlights
Permeable structural spray coat system.
Excellent force reduction
Ideal for regional tracks and universities
Avg. finish 13mm
Spike resistant
Available in multiple colors
Aliphatic top coat option available
Premium colors available upon request
MAXFlex® SURFACES
A latex-based system constructed in multiple layers. They are incredibly durable; spike resistant and have a uniform thickness. These systems are also ecologically friendly. Many of these original systems are still in use eighteen years after they were initially installed
Project shot of MAXFlex.
Colors
Black or Standard EPDM Colors
These systems are colorfast. They feature six to seven times the amount of red EPDM rubber that is found in some other polyurethane systems.
Uniform Thickness Thickness Choice – 12 mm or 15 mm
Our Speed system has a uniform thickness. The installation process and methods allow the system to conform to the underlying asphalt which invariably has some variation in planarity. There is no such thing as a “perfect paving job”.
Durable, Spike-Resistant, Long-Lasting Incredibly durable! This means you are spending less in the long run versus less expensive systems. The polyurethane structural spray does not just sit on top. It migrates into the system and provides a spike-resistant finish. Talk about fast times! We have seen a 10.38 in the Boys 100 meter and a 20.69 in the 200 meter. This is fast enough to attract other teams so they can run their personal bests.
Description The MAXFlex Speed systems are constructed in multiple layers, starting with large, flexible rubber aggregate on the bottom, much like the Romans built their roads. The first four or five layers are bound together with styrene butadiene binder which is the same resin that is used to produce truck and bus tires. The final two layers of the shock-absorbing mat structure are the same color as the owner’s color choice. This process yields a colored wearing surface that, in the case of a red or other colored track, has six times as much colored EPDM in it than some other polyurethane systems. The final wearing finish is two layers of MDI structural spray.

Need the descriptions of BL to be similar to Flex but note difference.
