Subsurface Construction installed anchors to restrain the existing drilled shaft foundations against the wind loads of the scoreboard. Temporary soil nailing was used to shore the soil in front of the drilled shafts.  ** Could these descriptions be longer, have more detail on the challenges that Subsurface Construction met, etc?  This seems typical on the competitor sites.  **
